PROGRAM GUIDELINES
As you begin this program, my invitation to you is to let go of any negative self-judgments and comparison, start where you are and grow from there, and most importantly… commit 100%! Commit to yourself, commit to the process. This will give you the best results possible. Do your very best each week to listen to the lesson, follow the Cleans & Create program guidelines and protocol as well as do the exercises. These are all designed to remove negative blocks, habits, and patterns while introducing new, healthier, more balanced self-care that will set you up to live the life you desire and to achieve the goals you are setting for your whole life and your whole self; mind, body, heart & spirit!
In order to get the most out of the program, I recommend that you schedule 30 minutes each day to focus on the exercises and the program. Schedule this time in your calendar and make it as important and sacred as you would an important meeting, job interview or medical appointment.

The Master Cleanse: Microbiome Master and Colon Master may be taken together followed by the Liver Master to complete the cleanse. Never take Microbiome Master with our Liver Detox Cleanse. You want to detox your liver last.
Microbiome Master: Take 2 capsules twice a day for 30 days. Die-off symptoms otherwise known as Herxheimer's reaction may occur during the cleanse when the body begins to rid itself of the toxins. Brain fog, fever, depression, joint and muscle pain, headache, bloating, constipation, fatigue, yeast infections, acne, itching, dizziness and many other discomforts may be experienced. Die-off symptoms may last up to 2 weeks. If the symptoms become intolerable decrease dose to 1 capsule twice a day until cleanse is complete. You may increase the dose as tolerated to suggested use.
Colon Master: Take 2 capsules twice a day. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours. Best if taken with food and water. Colon Master should not be used longer than 10 days in a row due to the bowels becoming tolerant on the herbs, so be sure to take a 2-3 day break before resuming the cleanse.
Liver Master: Take 1 capsule three times a day. Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours. Temporary bloating may occur. Please do not start the Liver Master until you have finished the Microbiome and Colon Master part of your cleanse.
Binder Master: Binder Master should be taken on an empty stomach. You can eat or take medications 2 hours after taking the Binder Master. You want to sweat for a couple of hours after the binder. This DOES NOT mean two hours in a sauna or exercising. When you do 1 hour of a sweat-inducing activity such as exercise or sauna it speeds up your body’s metabolism. This increase will continue for an additional 45 minutes to an hour after you finish, thus creating the ‘sweating’ needed for an additional hour. Sweating is best through exercise or sauna. During the use of the Binder Master, it is important to also eat an anti-inflammatory diet and perform dry brushing, lymphatic massage or Abhyanga self-massage.
The supplements can be taken with food (except the Binder Master, you can eat or take medications 2 hours after taking the Binder Master) and remember to drink plenty of water when taking them (at least 8 ounces)!
During your entire cleanse, proper hydration levels are critical to assist in flushing toxins out of your system. Please refer to the downloadable ‘Hydration Guide’ for proper amounts of water to ingest during your detox and cleanse. Stay away from processed foods, pre-prepared meals (whenever possible), canned foods, refined sugars and even large amounts of natural sugar from fruits (limit fruit intake to one servicing per day), alcohol, dairy products, gluten and soy.

What is a Herxheimer Reaction?
During cleansing and detoxing, similarly to other healing processes, sometimes a ‘healing crisis’ occurs. If you’ve ever experienced flu-like symptoms, such as nausea, swollen glands, headaches, chills, fever, or other odd symptoms, after recently switching to a healthier diet or taking medication for a Candida infection for example, you might have experienced yeast die-off, also known as the Herheimer reaction.
Herxheimer reactions are usually brought on by an increase in endotoxins, a toxic substance living inside bacteria and fungi (such as yeast). Usually, these toxins are stored within the bacteria, but if the bacteria begin to disintegrate (or die-off), the toxins are released into the body. If enough “bad” bacteria or yeast die in a short amount of time, the toxin overload can cause the sudden onset of the symptoms listed above.
When this happens people are confused and frustrated by these symptoms because it doesn’t feel like the medication, cleanse, detox or diet changes are working. In fact, it can feel like you’re actually getting sicker! It can be unsettling if you don’t know what’s going on, but now that you know, if you experience this, know that it is not uncommon. There are also a few things that you can do to eliminate the symptoms and help your body process and expel faster which will assist in resolving the Herxheimer reactions more quickly.
